Payments
All transactions are made through Paypal, and hence subject to their terms and conditions. Scrapping Clearly takes no responsibility for the transactions made via Paypal, and any discrepancies with the Paypal system are hence to be taken up with the appropriate channels at Paypal.

Pricing
Pricing is subject to change at the discretion of Scrapping Clearly, and without prior notice. Only orders placed before a price change are exempt from paying any new costs or fees arising from such an order.

Postage
All postage will be through the Australia Post system, or failing that a suitable freight company. Scrapping Clearly takes no responsibility for postal damage, however will endeavour to inspect the items prior to postage and to package them with appropriate support or protection (i.e. bubble wrap or similar packaging material).
Postage to countries outside Australia is subject to the customs rules and requirements of that country. Please check your customs rules before placing your order – as you will be held responsible if problems occur.

Refunds
Refunds will not be offered on products for change of mind – by confirming your order prior to payment you are confirming that the product chosen is the product you want. Refunds will only be given in the case where the description of the product does not match that supplied on the website.

Out of Stock Items
Out of stock items will be deleted from your order, and you will be notified of the deletion.

GST
Australian GST does not apply to any of the products listed, as Scrapping Clearly is currently exempt from paying GST.

Privacy Policy
Any details pertaining to your order with the exception of your credit card details are stored securely by Scrapping Clearly. Your information will not be giving to any third parties (with the exception of Paypal).
Any details provided to Paypal during your payment transaction are subject to Paypal’s privacy policy.
